HELLO,
I’M Naz Sutcuoglu
Naz is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Residing in Toronto, she offers virtual/phone psychotherapy sessions for individuals aged 18+ using a Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach. She integrates Existential Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy techniques as needed to cater to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Naz is experienced in issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, addictions, finding life purpose, grief, immigrant challenges, academic stress, self-confidence, attachment styles, chronic pain, pain management, psychological assessment, and motor vehicle accidents. She currently works as a psychotherapist and psychological assessor at various private and public clinics throughout Ontario administering psychological assessments with motor vehicle accident clients.
Naz’s therapeutic work is centred on the belief that everyone deserves to find inner peace and happiness regardless of who they are or what they have been through. She offers a therapeutic space where individuals can explore their life narratives, uncover their inner strengths, and find peace and happiness within themselves. Her approach is not only client-centered but also rooted in the understanding that each person's journey is unique, deserving of careful exploration and validation. Naz's overarching goal is to facilitate a considerate and accurate understanding of the intricate web of experiences that have shaped each individual's life, empowering them to rewrite their narratives and pursue the life they aspire to have.
